Homework and Practices

  • Complete the reflection questions and notice what Chakras are blocked or need clearing,
  • Create an action or plan for self clearing - use the stones provided in your materials during meditation, resting or sleep.
  • After 'clearing' your Chakra stone set. Spend 'time' with each Chakra stone. Practice connecting with it, and to the matching Chakra.
  • Lay out the Chakra Stones and 'feel' or 'intuit-know' what chakra is most active.
  • You may also use your pendulum to assess which Chakra is blocked
